In deciding which style of accommodation is best for you, it is important to consider:
your budget
proximity of the property to the Central Institute of Technology, Perth Campus, Northbridge
accessibility of the property to public transport, recreation facilities, cultural, shopping and entertainment precincts
level of services provided e.g. meals, communal kitchens, laundry, cleaning, computer/Internet access; and
Security arrangements.
