"Since 2004 we've prepared students with advanced practices years ahead of those practices being included as 'required training' in the standard curriculum... We prepare you to be excellent."
In 2004, we considered how an aging population and increasing service costs would change health care delivery. We expected positions for Health care Assistants would be created to help meet the health care demands of an aging population; but we knew service would suffer if Health Care Assistants were inadequately trained as effective members of professional health care teams.
We knew the best trained Health Care Assistants would easily find work, get personal satisfaction implementing their skills and be an asset to their workplace... from the start.
